And in order for this guarantee to remain in force, we have created several simple rules that we ask our customers to adhere to.
How I keep a money-back guarantee?
Just a few simple rules.
  • Don't change the art development deadline
    We plan the production in advance and therefore focus on the dates that we agreed initially
  • Respond to our manager in a timely manner and do not create obstacles in the development of the project
    We always provide additional time so that you have time to think and provide an answer on the project. The response should not take more than 12 hours.
  • Make significant changes at the sketch stage
    First of all, we create a draft version of the art, where you can make significant changes.
  • Make minor changes at the final stage
    Large corrections at the final stage of the work take longer and therefore extend the time for creating art.
  • Stick to the original idea
    A complete change in the task gives rise to new conditions and deadlines.
  • Make sure that you have provided us with complete and reliable information
    Additional services and requests during development are not taken into account in the final terms, unless they were discussed in advance. We do not vouch for other people's mistakes, but we are always ready to meet halfway, if it does not harm the deadlines.
  • Make the payment on time
    We start counting the terms from the date of making the deposit. If you made the payment in a couple of days, after agreeing on the terms, then the terms of execution may also shift
In what cases do we refund the money:
  • We missed the approved deadline through our own fault.

  • You provided timely assistance in the development of art and did not interfere with the development.
